Sonja Mohlich
Sonja Mohlich born in Antwerp – Belgium’s renowned fashion city – moved to Dublin about 16 years ago. Since her arrival she has worked as a fashion stylist within areas such as music, fashion, advertising and media.
She started off as a style columnist for the Sunday Independent and shortly moved on as the in-house fashion stylist for their weekly fashion pages. Before long, other fashion magazines such as Social and Personal, Image Magazine, U-Magazine, VIP Style magazine and Irish Tatler approached her to creatively direct and style their fashion editorials on a regular basis. Through those shoots, she got plenty of billboard ad campaigns and other commercial work as a result.
She also did a 3 month TV stint as a regular fashion contributor for RTE's Afternoon Show. As a result she ended up working as the fashion and beauty editor for the RTE guide as well as their in-house stylist working on features and cover shoots with Irish media celebrities on a weekly basis for 4 years.
Her up-to-date projects include running the wardrobe department for RTE's successful live show called 'The Voice of Ireland'. A live show that ran over 9 weeks and involved dressing all contestants and dancers. Other projects include TV3's successful dating game show called 'Take Me Out' and RTE's renowned cooking programme 'Masterchef' as well as The Apprentice You Got Fired, Family Fortunes, Operation Transformation and Fame the Musical.
Currently, she is working as a regular fashion contributor for TV3's Ireland AM and Xpose.
